General RV Wixom. Caution.
Run from doing business with this place.

They will happily take your money and put on a show when you make your purchase. After that they will be nowhere to be found with giving you proper, professional customer service.
This is the worst service department for any vehicle that I have ever dealt with in my life.!
We had repeated issues with an awning on an RV that was under warranty. The last issue being damaged they caused to it while trying to repair it. We live over an hour from this place and seriously inquire into repair time frames when making decisions about waiting for the repair of leaving it over night.

I was bringing it in for what I was told was about a one hour repair. When bringing it back for a one hour follow up appointment I was asked by the representative Danny what was my plan for the day and didnt I realize that it was a show day. I literally couldnt understand what he was asking me as I had expected to be there for approximately one to three hours. Danny basically told me he had no idea when this would be completed; that it could be 7 to 8 hours.

I inquired with him to confirm that it would be completed today and he was not able to confidently tell me that it would be. He told me he thought it would be as he was shaking his head no. He said it was going to be some significant time. They had no open bays and various other things.
Based on past appointments playing out in a similar fashion, I did not feel confident that my damage was going to be repaired that day.

I asked for my paperwork, the OEM time to repair the part which was never provided to me and a manager. I asked to speak with a manager at least three times. I was never allowed to speak with a manager, even though there were two of them, literally sitting in front of me that would not even look up at me.
These service people are awful, they treat customers like crap, they do not respect your time.
We called and asked to speak with a general manager and were shoved off to a customer care care team that is not even in the facility. This business completely insulates their poor employees from everyone and does not deal with issued which a blatant rudeness and incompetence.
If you purchase something from General RV, do not go here for your service.

I would never refer them. I will never buy another product from them.
They have incredible problems with customer service, professionalism, and management in their service department. I am not one to post negative reviews for places but after repeated terrible experiences, filling out customers surveys, and trying to speak with management I do not want other people to deal with the same stuff.

RUN! If I could give them zero stars I would.

Worst customer service ever. Charge you for hours of diagnostics then say they dont know whats wrong and need 3-4 more hours to figure it out.

At $225.00 a hour. Then if they cant fix it too bad.
Paid $850.00 to get told they need more time. I think not. Did not return calls or emails.

Poor communication.

Then asked to not give a bad review on survey. Really!!
