Called day after making deal on new camper to tell salesman i didnt want ecp. Came 3 days later to pick up and guess what? Finance manager just pushed me through like it wasnt his problem. I feel like i wasted my time making that costly phone call. Wayland MI

General Rv Center - Lack of knowledge on a person time

Had an appointment at 1:00pm to have a hitch installed 2 hours later still waiting. Manament had came to us twice with apologies. Guess what not interested. Your people should have informed us they were running behind. We would have stayed home until you were able to help us efficiently. People have things to do and their than wait in your showroom for hours
