General RV, Huntley, IL: Just found out another older couple has been threatened to buy an RV and the tactics are against the law! Know what happened to these poor old people? They were LOCKED UP in an RV and told they HAD to buy the RV they put a deposit on. Why isn't General RV being investigated? Why are they being allowed to threaten older people like us?

General Rv Center - Resist all

Ensure you read the small print when General gives the contract for their resist all products. Small print let’s you know the end caps and the bull caps are not covered. My RV bull cap has faded and resist all company pointed immediately where in the contract did not cover. My mistake but don’t let it happen to you!

Had an appointment at 1:00pm to have a hitch installed 2 hours later still waiting. Manament had came to us twice with apologies. Guess what not interested. Your people should have informed us they were running behind. We would have stayed home until you were able to help us efficiently. People have things to do and their than wait in your showroom for hours

General Rv Center - Terrible customer service wixom store

Talked to salesperson in Wixom Mi who started off great but soon showed us she was all about her commission. They added over $1000 in fees and didn’t bother to tell us until it was almost time to sign the papers. They WILL NOT RETURN CALLS like they promise too. We were made to feel like a number and not people. They were little higher priced than their competition but we thought as big of a company it was maybe their customer service would be great. We were dead wrong!!!!!!!!
