Blind missing in the bed room
Refrigerator was wired with the heating system
The cable to the refrigerator was install to short and ripe apart during travel
The hot and cold water piping was backward in the shower Had to revere the lines
The San T Flush system was piped in backwards
The LP gauge sensor was not working
The black water sensor had to be replaced
Th Ed running lights on the red unit was disconnected under the dash
The trim piece around the radio had to be replaced as it was damage
The wall under the TV near the sitting area had to be replaced because the wall was damaged
Again General Rv just wanted your money and did not check unit before they sold it
Recommendation to all to make sure all the system are working before you give them a check

Sales floor was great. They answered a lot of questions. Financial department, well made it as comfortable as possible . VIP tour of your vehicle is very helpful.

Once you sign for a purchase? Beware if you have problems. Major vehicle issue drop offs are not a priority for the service department. They dont inspect what they sell, so my suggestion is to hire an inspector before you sign.

Bought 2003 33 foot Wildwood Platinum in June, in September I am bringing back for repair, rock panels on passenger side pulling away from body.
During further inspection they found that they didn't connect the battery on one side and lucky I had power and then further found out other cable wasn't clamped down to the ternminal connection and was sparking the whole time so I was lucky no fire. Besides that I had to clean sawdust out of all the floor ducts. Service rep said " that is normal".
After 2 weeks and a half and knowing I had a trip planned, here I sit waiting still. Don't buy into the "you are family BS"
I highly regret purchasing here.

They say camper shopping would be fun. I can ensure you it isnt, So we purchased from the Hershey RV Show last year.
From General RV the day this unit was picked up. There was water all over the inside. We were told it was because they did an intense pressure washing ,walk away. It was missing items that were supposed to be with it when purchased There was all kinds of cosmetic issues, which filled about a page, they talked us into taking the unit and bringing it back with a scheduled repair date (DONT TAKE THE UNIT until everything is satisfied) still to this day10 months later the items or have not been satisfied.
first rain storm. This unit spilled in all kinds of water. We return the unit to General RV for this issue and told them to make it right before we picked it up. We have returned to the dealership four times only little was done finally after 10 months we get our unit everything is supposedly completed this is not the case putting items into the camper.
A rain storm came. It is leaking in all the areas that I did originally they want us to return the unit for them to continue making repairs. We have lost countless vacations that were booked. dont bother calling corporate office that will get you nowhere.
Even though everyone we have spoken with have been extremely nice and act like they care you wont get satisfaction. I guarantee you. This is only a small amount of issues that we have had dont hesitate to call me.

Yes have contacted them several times and contacted their man head quarters 3 times no luck they are the worst they refuse to make things right we are working with a lawer and contacted the attorney general
we are now talking with are lawer because we know they are going to screw us. In the middle of looking at a trailer they said they lost power we could not even see what we were signing but its funny all the lights were on all around us it was just like the 8 trailers and their. Sales tent that had no power it did come back On For a short period by then it was to late. We were told they could not give us copies of anything because they were going to loose power again I went to take out my phone to take pictures and was told I cant because of others personal information was only going to scan them my self.
Took a day and 8 phone calls and emails to get to read what they made us sign and most was blurry and un readable. One thing we did see that a brand new 2024 Trailer was being sold to us as-is Dont deal with them

-10 stars --- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR TAKE IT THERE FOR SERVICE ---- TERRIBLE...their staff doesn't know anything about RV's, their service advisors are paper pushers that are anything from "service-oriented" and they never complete the work fully. We bought a new unit in October 2022 -- I have been back SO many times for them to "document" issues and then "submit for warranty work" and then finally to "get it fixed"...they are so disorganized and literally the management folks hide when customers come in the door and have a complaint.
THOR and other brands should be ashamed to even have their name on their brands.
And not just me...as I sit around for hours waiting for 10-minutes fixes to be made I talk to the other customers waiting -- everyone has had the same experience since the day they opened. they have now held my RV hostage waiting to get it "in-bay" for the last 14 weeks...Terrible...just Terrible...no return calls, no return emails, new services advisors every few weeks...BEWARE !!!

Make you give them a 5000 dollar deposit before they give you a price on the trailer your thinking of trading in and then when you finally agree they add in extra junk charges for us it was $5000 then when you sit down with finance they say us down where it was dark and could barely see and rush you so you dont have a chance to read anything. And only thing we really heard that was not to our like was the deposit we made 30 min before was non refundable and the brand new unit was sold as is.
They tell us the terms and finance charges and re read it was 25 000 more then we were told we said we pay cash and were told we cant and that we own the trailer the 2 other people we were dealing with were gone and we were Rushed out not even giving us a receipt for anything or a contract. We asked and said they had no time that we would receive one on the morning we waited till noon and called and left messages and emails and text with no response finally called corporate chatted with someone and 2 hours later get a phone call then finally at 4 oclock we get a few documents at that point we finally see the scam and fraud and then wen we finally get to talk to someone they asked when we were picking up the trailer we said your delivering are new trailer and picking up our trade on my day they said they dont do that. After 2 hours on the phone we said we could not do this deal as they been not upfront t and nothing they have said to us was true that just refund our money and we will move on they said they could not refund the money and only way to get it refunded was through the court of law. We try to work out the details figu We will just take the loss and hope for the best then we find out they are not delivering our unit on Monday like they said and wanted us to bring the trailer to them well we dont have a truck to tow it as our trailer is on site as we are permanently on a site so we would have to make a plan for them to pick it up and look it over before they could make the deal on The trailer they said the night before we owned and could not pay cash for and had to finance for At least 1 year.
Before we could pay it off. They said they could come on Friday to get it and we would need to go to their office on Monday after they do their walk through on Our trade. we asked where the office was and the address came back permanently closed seems the gave us an old address really you dont even know where your own office is. Finally get the right address and Agee on a time still at this point we have not recived all the Paperwork and I was about to drive 5 hours to go get it they said they send it shortly then they said after we come and sign the release and title to them they could deliver the new trailer the next day.
So we need to take three days off from work when we originally plans for one. For a trailer that they were talking us into without even having time to see it. Now we have to walk away and fight them I. Curt to get our deposit back or deal with a brand new over inflated price entry level trailer that dont have all of what we asked for and was told it was all included.
Do not buy from them. Dont even look lots of dealers sell the same rvs so go someplace else.

Poor Service Support Buyer Beware
Buyer beware I bought a new fifth wheel in Dec. 2021 and general rv installed a 3rd ac in the garage of the fifth wheel , 2 1/2 years later and my roof by the a/c they install had soft spots.
Did not have anything or anywhere else on my roof that had any issue. Went to General rv and spoke to Chris Dietrich about my issue. He refused any help because I had it fixed by an outside source because everyone I talked to said don't take it there for repairs because of the poor reviews and service. Even the service mgr.
with Grand Design recommended Campers World ilo General Rv Orange Park. I didn't ask him to pay for the complete repair but to just participate in the cost because of there poor installation which caused a premature failure on my roof. I would say there are better dealers out there that would take responsibility for their poor workmanship.
Do your homework because apparently, I did not. Second rate dealer in my opinion.

THE WORSE RV LIARS ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. Last week I bought a $400,000 diesel RV from these fools.
I paid a $10,000 non-refundable deposit and signed the paperwork via Docu-Sign listing the new 23' Entegra Cornerstone I bought. My conversation with the online person and then her sales manager took a few hours to complete the deal. They told me to book my flight to Chicago and pick up within 7 days. I booked a flight with United and when I was about to redeem a CD to pay for it, I got a call saying they made a mistake and it was really $600,000.
They asked me if I wanted to pay $200,000 more? I should have known what kind of a place this was when the first thing the sales manager said to me when he called, was "How about Ceramic Coating"?
That was a big red flag because Ceramic Coating is a big scam. THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE GENERAL RV CENTER !

General RV Center in Draper and all its employees are so amazing! Brett Moore did such a great job helping me find the best Camper Van for my needs.
He is so friendly and kind and knows all about the older and newest models. Very knowledgeable people there. I got great advice. Troy in Finance was also amazing and gave me great tips on where to go for amazing trips and on financing the vehicle at the best rates.
He was also very knowledgeable about RV setup and specifics to help me get educated. General RV sets you up to make sure you know how to use all the specialized features of the vehicle, and this was super important because the camper van I purchased was sophisticated and there is a lot to learn.
The customer service I received from everyone there was spectacular! They are also all-around great people who are just excited to get you on the road and camping :) I couldn't be happier

We purchased a 2023 Thor 29G Ace back in July unfortunately no fault of General but the quality control of our motor home was definitely lacking we had multiple issues on our first try for an overnight and had to return to the dealership for issues that needed to be corrected the same weekend of our first trip not even able to spend a night in it .Jerry the service writer was exceptional going over all our problems. General had it for 10 weeks we did get it back in time for the trip we had scheduled to bring it to Florida for the winter.
Again we encountered a few more issues called general in Elizabethtown PA spoke with Dominic the general manager and made arrangements to bring the coach back up north to get it looked at and repaired as this is where we purchased it from. So it's now been a couple of weeks at the shop and we're waiting to hear an update.
So far the customer service has been GREAT, we're hoping that this visit will be quick so we can get it back to the warm weather in Florida. We'll update on progress and am hoping it will still be a positive review

In February we purchased a new 2022 Astoria 3173 RLP from General RV. This is a fifth wheel trailer like we had never owned.
Everything was great, until after we signed the papers. it was like no one wanted to help us. Someone was supposed to have helped us hook it up. I waited for 20 minutes to and had to go find someone.
During the first trip, the first shower, the shower didn't drain properly.
The service department told us we had caused the clog and warranty wouldn't cover it. We had to pay for the repair out of pocket.
The manufacturer ,Keystone, was no help either.
We have owned and purchased new rv's for 20 years this has been the worst experience ever.
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. AS SOON AS YOU SIGN THE PAPERS ,THEY DONT CARE ANYMORE.

They did the same thing to my parents except they still haven't given them a copy of the signed contract. They will not cancel the contract.

They never stated the deposit was non-refundable and nowhere was it posted. ---- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RV DEALER!
Was this at the same trailer show? They will not reply to us and we have got no response from letters that we have sent out.
We plan on spreading the word around to everyone we know and at every camping event we goto. Going to start a campaign against them.
