Went in only to LOOK at pop-up campers. Was not ready to buy one anytime soon.

So much pressure from the salesman and sales manager we were forced to put a deposit down. Would not run our credit or try to get us financed without a deposit. Finance department never answered their phones when called, had to leave message after message not to have call returned. Ended up calling back a day later and told them to stop process we were NOT buying a camper from their business.

This is after they had ran our credit reports numerous times, taking hard hits on our credit report.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Sales pressure, Lack of communication, Phone calls not returned, Being there 2 hours only to look, Not being to look at rv without salesman.

sounds like you have bad credit, if it was any good they wouldnt of had to call so many lenders to try to get them to lend money to you. they all check credit report.

sounds like they where tring to help you and get someone to lend you money. those bad people.
