We love General RV. We were on the road from Florida to California when our Automatic Transfer Switch went out.

(No electric power in the coach!) We showed up without an appointment and Paul Deluca took us right in, diagnosed the problem, and then spent probably hours on the phone with the manufacturer of the switch, until he got them to overnight a free replacement switch, since the original one was obviously defective! As soon as it came in (the next day), he called us to tell us it was in (a nice touch, we thought), and then they went right to work installing it. The coach was ready later that same afternoon.

All in all, General RV had us out the door in 48 hours at minimal cost (labor only). We'd go back anytime.
